Ces postulats furent radicalement remis en cause par le mouvement de la déconstruction, qui annihile d’un même geste l’être, l’amitié, le bien et le commun. Quant au management, il transfère l’amitié dans le cadre productif de la coopération efficace. Ne subsiste dans les deux cas que le rapport immédiat à autrui dans l’absence de tout intermédiaire. Abstract: The philosophical tradition consists, by Plato and Aristotle, of the articulation of the whole and its parts through instances of mediation: in this way, just as being, by Plato, links the same and in the other within the framework of the world, friendship, by Aristotle, gather citizens around the common good inside the city. These assumptions were radically tackled by the movement of deconstruction that erases all together the being, the friendship, the good and the common. As for it, management transfers friendship into the productive context of efficient cooperation.
