Néanmoins, à travers les diverses fonctions qu’elle assume, cette poésie peut aussi conduire à une émancipation des sujets lyriques remettant en cause l’identité migrante. Ces redéfinitions croisent en outre des interrogations sur la place même des migrations dans les sociétés contemporaines et leurs retentissements sur la saisie du monde contemporain. L’article propose une lecture de la poésie contemporaine comme espace de tension entre dénonciation et réinvention, où les voix migrantes ne se limitent pas à la plainte mais participent à une reconfiguration du langage poétique. En articulant expérience individuelle et portée collective, cette poésie interroge les imaginaires de la mobilité et les formes de subjectivation qu’elle rend possibles. Representations of migration in contemporary poetry emphasize the motive of displacement and its consequences, most often inhuman. Nevertheless, through the various functions it assumes, this poetry can also lead to the emancipation of lyrical subjects, questioning the migrant identity. These redefinitions also intersect questions about the very place of migration in contemporary societies and its repercussions on the understanding of the contemporary world. The article proposes a reading of contemporary poetry as a space of tension between denunciation and reinvention, where migrant voices are not limited to complaint but contribute to a reconfiguration of poetic language. Le campement de réfugié·e·s est un lieu d’étape singulier, dont rend compte la « littérature-refuge ». Cette littérature collecte les voix des protagonistes de l’exil et de l’accueil et interroge ce que réfugier signifie. Ses formes sont multiples : anthologies, collectifs, essais poétiques, discours, fiction, théâtre, performance, et s’approchent d’une littérature d’intervention. À partir d’une réflexion poétique, elle s’intéresse à différentes possibilités d’habiter le monde, d’habiter le mouvement, à travers les œuvres de nombreux écrivains et écrivaines contemporains : Arno Bertina, Patrick Chamoiseau, Marie Cosnay, Bruno Doucey, Marielle Macé, Hala Mohammad, Stephen Ngatcheu, Florence Pazzottu, Olivia Rosenthal, Jean-Pierre Siméon… The places where migrants live reveal to contemporary societies the most extreme experience of destitution: the feeling of “living outside”. The refugees’ encampment is a singular place of stopover, addressed by the “refuge-literature”. This literature collects the voices of the exile protagonists and questions what taking/seeking refuge means. Its forms are multiple: anthologies, collectives, poetic essays, speeches, fiction, theater, performance. They get close to intervention literature.
